You take generative AI solutions from proof of concept to production operations. You ensure their reliability, security and cost control for clients in the financial services, public and healthcare sectors.
What you will do
- Design and build applications powered by large language models: assistants, agents and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
- Set up LLMOps pipelines: prompt and model versioning, automated evaluation and continuous deployment
- Deploy and optimize open-weight models on GPU infrastructure
- Instrument solutions to track response quality, latency and inference costs
- Build in security and compliance guardrails, particularly with regard to Quebec’s Law 25
- Share your expertise within Atlantora’s AI community
What we are looking for
- At least 4 years of experience in software engineering or machine learning, including hands-on experience with generative AI projects
- Excellent command of Python and software development best practices
- Knowledge of RAG architectures, vector databases and agent frameworks
- Experience deploying models on Kubernetes or managed cloud services
- A critical eye on model limitations and awareness of ethical issues
- Fluency in French and English
