DevSecOps & Platform Engineering

A platform that gives your developers their time back

We design internal developer platforms and DevSecOps pipelines that reduce teams’ cognitive load, accelerate delivery and embed software supply chain security from the very first commit.

Your developers spend too much time away from the code.

With cloud native, development teams have inherited a mountain of responsibilities: Kubernetes, pipelines, observability, security, compliance. Cognitive load is soaring, and the time spent on business features keeps shrinking.

Every team reinvents its own tools and scripts. Practices diverge, vulnerabilities creep into open source dependencies and container images, and onboarding new hires takes weeks.

Meanwhile, software supply chain attacks are on the rise and requirements are tightening: the EU Cyber Resilience Act imposes new obligations on manufacturers of digital products, and customers expect software bills of materials (SBOMs) and verifiable provenance. AI coding assistants speed up delivery, but they too call for new controls.

Why invest in Platform Engineering?

  • Reduce the cognitive load on development teams
  • Ship to production faster, and safely
  • Standardize practices without stifling autonomy
  • Secure the software supply chain
  • Onboard new developers in days
  • Govern the use of AI coding assistants

Our DevSecOps & Platform Engineering services

We treat your internal platform as a product, with its own users, roadmap and satisfaction metrics, so that the easiest path is also the most secure.

Measure and kick off

Instrument your delivery metrics and launch a first golden path within weeks.

  • Instrumented DORA metrics
  • Automated toolchain inventory
  • First golden path
  • Continuous developer experience measurement

Build the foundation

Build an internal developer platform that exposes self-service capabilities and ready-to-use templates.

  • Developer portal with Backstage
  • Golden paths and service templates
  • On-demand ephemeral environments
  • Self-service infrastructure APIs

Modernize and accelerate

Industrialize continuous integration and deployment with reliable pipelines and progressive delivery.

  • Standardized CI/CD pipelines
  • GitOps with Argo CD or Flux
  • Canary deployments and feature flags
  • Automated testing and chaos engineering

Strengthen security and compliance

Embed security controls into your pipelines without slowing teams down.

  • SAST, DAST, SCA and secret scanning
  • SBOMs, artifact signing and SLSA provenance
  • Policy as Code with OPA or Kyverno
  • Workload identities and secrets management

Operate and optimize

Give teams the visibility they need to run their services autonomously.

  • Observability built into the platform
  • SRE practices and incident management
  • Cost visibility by service and by team
  • Continuous adoption tracking

Innovate and evolve

Leverage AI to boost team productivity, with the right guardrails in place.

  • Governed AI coding assistants
  • AI agents for operations and troubleshooting
  • Automated review of AI-generated code
  • Internal community of practice

Our platform approach

  1. 1. Listen to developers

We interview your teams and measure their pain points to build a platform that addresses real needs.

  2. 2. Deliver a first golden path

We quickly give a pilot team an end-to-end path, from code repository to production.

  3. 3. Extend and secure

We enrich the platform iteratively, integrating security and compliance controls along the way.

  4. 4. Transfer and measure

We help structure your platform team, transfer skills and track adoption and delivery performance over time.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between DevOps and Platform Engineering?

DevOps is a culture that brings development and operations together. Platform Engineering puts it into practice at scale: a dedicated team builds an internal platform that encapsulates best practices and makes them available on a self-service basis. Product teams retain their autonomy without having to master every layer of the infrastructure.

What is an SBOM and why do we need one?

An SBOM, or software bill of materials, is an inventory of all the components and dependencies in a piece of software. It lets you determine within minutes whether you are exposed to a newly disclosed vulnerability. Customers and regulators increasingly expect one, notably under the EU Cyber Resilience Act for products with digital elements.

Do we have to adopt Backstage?

No. Backstage is an excellent foundation for a developer portal, but it requires real integration and maintenance effort. Depending on your size and tooling, a commercial solution or a lighter-weight approach may be a better fit. We choose the tool to fit your needs, not the other way around.
